Itinerary – Day by Day

Day 1 – Arrival in the Pantanal

Morning:

• Reception at Cuiabá Airport.
• Transfer via the famous Transpantaneira Road to the lodge (≈5 hours), with stops for wildlife observation and photography.

Afternoon:

• Arrival at the lodge, check-in, and expedition briefing.

Evening:

• Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2 – First River Safari for Jaguar Observation

Morning:

• Breakfast at the lodge.
• Departure for a motorboat safari along the river.
• Observation of birds, caimans, and mammals.

Afternoon:

• Lunch at the lodge.
• Second boat safari focusing on jaguar observation, with high chances of seeing jaguars hunting or resting along the riverbanks.

Evening:

• Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3 – Full Day Jaguar Safari & Wildlife Photography

Morning:

• Full-day boat safari dedicated to jaguar tracking and wildlife observation.
• Strategic stops along the river for photography and wildlife watching.
• Snacks during the safari.

Afternoon:

• Continuation of the full-day safari.
• Return to the lodge in the late afternoon.

Evening:

• Optional night safari to observe nocturnal wildlife.
• Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4 – Sunrise Activity and Return to Cuiabá

Early Morning:

• Sunrise activity with birdwatching.
• Breakfast at the lodge.

Morning / Afternoon:

• Optional activity: horseback riding or canoeing (weather and water permitting).
• Lunch at the lodge.
• Transfer back to Cuiabá, arriving in the afternoon.
